Nancy Marjorie Shepherd, age 91 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center.
At her request, there are no funeral services planned.
Nancy was born April 18, 1924 in Stewart County, to the late Ivan Lewis and Nannie Byrd Lewis. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Shepherd and daughter, Carol Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Rose Valley United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Mike (Cindy) Moore and grandson, Ryan M. Moore.
The family would like to thank the staff at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center and the staff at Aseracare Hospice.
