MSG (Ret) Dumas Crawford, age 67 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Won Chul Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Dumas was born on May 2, 1947 in Moss, TN, the son of Rue Crawford and Bertha Coons Crawford. He is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army who worked with 5th group Special Forces as a Mechanic Supervisor for Lear-Seigler, Inc. He was a member of United Church.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sun Chong Crawford; son, William Ray (Renee) Crawford; daughters, Cynthia Crawford, Cheryl (Donnie) Clark, and Iylish Crawford; brothers, Charles-Dee (Pam) Crawford and Roger Crawford; sisters, Demple (Danny) Parrish and Delma (Frankie) Boone; 6 grandchildren.
