Misty Dawn McCarty, 36, Palmyra, died Monday, September 6, 2010, at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 9 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Baggett's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Misty was born December 31, 1973 in Bedford Co., TN, daughter of David and Marilyn Blanton McCarty. Survivors include her companion Doug Suiter, son David Nelson Suiter, and daughter Kayla Suiter, all of Palmyra, step-daughter Jessica Rau and grandchildren Autumn and Alyse Rau, all of Cunningham, and sister Amy Lambert of Cumberland Furnace. Pallbearers will be Dustin Blanton, Adam Lynch, Daniel Yarbrough, Tony McGloflin, Ryan Grimes, Shawn Sheeks, Jonathan Van, and Bobby Welker.
