Minia Leftwich

Minia B. Baggett Leftwich, 82, Clarksville, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Larry Robertson and Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born December 25, 1927 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by her parents, William George and Polly Kelly Baggett; husband, James W. Leftwich; brother, W.G. Baggett; sisters, Imogene Johnson, Retha Hutchison and Grace Hutchison. Mrs. Leftwich was retired for Acme Boot and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and Hilldale Baptist Church. She enjoyed flowers. Survivors include her children, Judy Golden Logan, J.T. (Sarah) Leftwich, Clifton C. Leftwich, Paula Diane (George) Steward; brothers, Earl Baggett, Lurton Baggett, Franklin Baggett, Donald Baggett; sister, Anna Baskett.
