Millard Sailors

Millard McCoy Sailors, 77, Clarksville, died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Chaplain Bobby Talbert officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with full military honors, 2 p.m., June 17, 2010. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home at the funeral home. He was born June 17, 1932 in Shelby, NC and was the son of the late Barney McCoy and Lilac Dolores Bradley McCoy. Mr. Sailors was retired from the U.S. Army and was a life member of the DAV. Survivors include his wife, Pauline K. Schoene Sailors, Clarksville; son, Peter (Catherine) Sailors, Hendersonville; daughter, Diana M. (Tony) Maxson; grandchildren, Allison Weaver, Debra Sailors; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Samuel Weaver. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
