Michael (Mike) Hall Wear, 66, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mike was born October 3, 1944 in Ventura County, CA, son of the late Malcom and Elsie Lambert Wear. He previously worked for Ford Motor Co., was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed working on projects.
Survivors include his wife Judy Knight Wear, son Scott (Kim) Wear, daughter Laurie (Phillip) Graham, sister Gay Blanton, all of Clarksville, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Grandsons and other members of the Family will serve as pallbearers.
