Michael Jay Eads, age 57, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with the Revs. Ray Bradley, Terry Bear, and Andy Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the McDonald Cemetery.
Michael’s family will receive friends from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Friday and 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Michael was born on August 16, 1960 in Waverly, Tennessee to the late JW and Barbara Ferrell Eads and was one of nine children growing up in the family home. He was a logger and a member of the church family at Cross Roads Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Amanda Sturtz and Cassondra Shirey; and siblings Randy Eads, Ricky Eads, Vicky Adams, Rhonda Bradley, and Sherry Hughes; and his granddaughter, Kasideigh Eads. In addition to his parents he was preceded by siblings, Landon, Terry, and Vernetta.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Eads, Randy Eads, Tony Walton, Les Welch, Albert Sturtz, and Andrew Shirey.
