Michael Donegan

Michael Wesley Donegan, 55, Clarksville, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Matt Kelley officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. He was born June 9, 1954 in Queens, New York and was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Jane Donegan and brother, Gary Thomas Donegan. Michael was an electrician and enjoyed many years in the construction field. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He loved all of his family and friends deeply and will be sadly missed by them. He had a great love for nature and the outdoors; including hunting and fishing. Survivors include his dad, James W. (Pat) Donegan, Dickson; sons, James Michael (Tiffany W.) Donegan, Jessie Catlett (Stephanie J.) Donegan, of Louisville, and their mother, Susan D. Donegan, Clarksville; grandchildren, Parker James Donegan and Jessica LeeAnne Donegan; sister, LeeAnne (Jim) Orgain, Clarksville; step-brother, Gerald (Shinobu) Gray, Fredonia, NY; and three nieces, Somer, Randi and Kelli.
