Michael Blankenship, age 77 formerly of Clarksville, TN, passed away July 24, 2023 at Signature Healthcare of Erin.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Bro. Dennis Kirk officiating.
Michael entered this life on December 19, 1945 and faithfully served his country in the United States Armed Forces. Michael was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and enjoyed reading books and maps. After joining the Signature Healthcare of Erin family in 2019, Michael created wonderful friendships, something his Signature family will forever cherish.
