Mavis Parker

Mrs.Mavis Christine Parker, 86, Cumberland City, died Tuesday, September 9,2008, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 10am Friday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.Charlie Reynolds and Bro.Greg Dillard officiating. Burial will be in Hudson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30pm till 8pm Thursday and from 8am till service Friday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 13,1922 in Houston County,Tn. daughter of the late Ira lee and Susie Hudson Lomax. She was a member of Cross Road Church. Survivors include four sons Denny K. Parker and Troy W. Parker both of Cumberland City,Tn. Larry W. Parker of Palmyra,Tn.James L. Parker of Fairview,Ky. five grandchildren and Several great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Terry L.Parker, Jeff Parker, David Owen, Ronnie Parker, Kay Hudson, Carrol Lyle.
