Mary Smith

Mrs. Mary Frances Smith, age 85 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Signature Healthcare of Erin.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Robert Spurgeon and Tim McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Stewart County Memorial Gardens.
The Smith family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday morning.
Frances entered this life on October 22, 1931 in Stewart County, TN, daughter to the late Emett and Nina Unger. Frances was a homemaker and a member of Carlisle Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James “Snooks” Smith.
Survivors include sons, Jimmy Smith, Donald Smith, Ricky Smith, Jeff Smith, Tracy Smith; daughter, Anita Paxton; brother, Jim Unger; fourteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
