Mary Ross

Mary Ellen Ross, age 89, of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Dogwood Bend Assisted Living.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Burkhart officiating. Burial will follow at Needmore Church of Christ Cemetery.
The Ross family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mary entered into this life on March 12, 1929 in Montgomery County, Tennessee daughter of the late Hershel and Eunice Barbie Reed. She was a member of Needmore Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joe Austin Ross; daughter, Diana L. Jones; grandson, Dustin R. Jones; sisters, Bertha Suiter, Mattie Lou Bowers, and brothers Hershel Reed, Jr. and Frank Reed.
Survivors include her son, Mitchell (Shelia) Ross; grandson, Stanley M. (Brittany) Ross; son-in-law, Don Jones, several nieces and nephews and a great-granddaughter.
Pallbearers will be Stanley Ross, Don Jones, Chuck Ross, Randy Reed, Ricky Reed, and Matt Reed. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Schaaf, JD Burkhart, Martin Halliday, Donnie Kirkland, Tommy Shepherd, Benny Reed, and Robert Boone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Needmore Church of Christ, 4330 Lylewood Road, Indian Mound, TN 37079 or a charity of your choice.
