Mary Harper

Mary Alberta Harper, age 81 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at her residence.
A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Ray Bradley and Robert Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in McDonald Cemetery.
The Harper family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.
Alberta entered this life on May 14, 1938 in Waverly, TN, daughter to the late Albert and Mae Stavely.
In addition to her parents, Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ernest Harper; sisters, Margaret Harper, Nell Catherine Stavely, and grandson, Jeremy Cole.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Judy Turner, Roxenn Wright, Nancy Bovee, Sandra Shalchick; sons, Charles D. (Tammy) Harper, Michael (Candie) Harper, and brother, Billy Stavely. Mary also leaves behind ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Alberta’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
