Mary (Granny) Douglas - 1915 Mary Clara (Granny) Douglas, 95, Cumberland City,Tn., died Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 2pm Saturday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joel Nulty and Sis. Stephanie Nulty officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm Friday and from 8am until service Saturday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Granny was born September 15, 1915 in Nashville,Tn. daughter of the late William and Lizzie Newman Stone.She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Douglas. She was a member of Cumberland City United Methodist Church. Survivors include several Nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Neal Finch, Gary Vaughn, Gene Nelson, Newt Wallace, Jamie Crow, Jason Gillispie, Kevin Morgan, Jeff Hornbuckle.
