Mary Lou Colon, age 74, of Palmyra, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021, at her residence.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Her wishes were to be cremated and interned at First Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mary entered into this life on in this life on July 28, 1947, in Palmyra, TN, to the late James and Ruth Baggett Nesbitt. Mary graduated from Montgomery Central High School and was a member of First Canaan Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at the Montgomery County Courthouse.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her children, Patrick and Michelle Colon.
Survivors include her loving husband of fifty-two years, Louis Colon, Jr.; daughter, Juanita Andrus; granddaughters, Felicia L. Andrus and Caitilin Rittenberry; great-grandchild, Izak C. Andrus; sister, Irene Keck.
