Mary Brunson

Mary Lou Brunson, age 91, of Cumberland City, TN, passed away January 11, 2022.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Nulty and Rev. Bob Herndon officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland City Cemetery.
The Brunson family will receive friends on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at noon.
Mary entered this life on March 17, 1930 in Cumberland City, TN, daughter to the late Frankie and Mary Pulley. Mary was a lifelong member of Cumberland Christian Fellowship and a devoted follower of Christ.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Brunson and numerous siblings.
Survivors include her loving children, Sandra Lynn, Lisa (Steve) Joiner; sisters, Loraine Black, Mildred Bishop; grandchildren, Lesley Lynn, Joshua Wooton, Jenna Byrd Joiner, and numerous great-grandchildren. Mary also leaves behind her special loving niece, Linda Gunson.
Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Bryant, Riley Bryant, Roy Pulley, Gerry Pulley, Don Williams and Rodney Bryant. Great-grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cumberland Christian Fellowship, 113 Bradley St, Cumberland City, TN, 37050.
