Marvin Jones

Marvin Richard Jones, age 84, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Signature Health Care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. James Black officiating. Burial will follow in Southside Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Marvin entered this life on February 1, 1930 in Montgomery County, son to the late Sidney and Myrtle Hagewood Jones. He was a farmer, carpenter, and formerly worked for Bellsouth. Mr. Jones was Freewill Baptist.
He goes to rejoin his loving wife of over 40 years, Angie Jones, who passed away in 2007. He is survived by his loving daughters, Marilyn Jo Emmett of Indian Mound, Jennifer Estabrook of Summerville, SC, Mary Ann Jacobson of Clarksville, and Linda Greenup of Southside; Howard Jones of Illinois; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family and friends are to serve as Pallbearers.
