Martin Philip Schultz, born on September 19, 1962, in California, passed away on February 9, 2025, in Clarksville, Tennessee. A dedicated individual, Martin devoted much of his life to a career in manufacturing, where he thrived on creating and building with his hands. Known for his unwavering work ethic and a personality that appreciated staying busy, he found satisfaction in the results of his labor.
Martin is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Storms Schultz, daughters, Nicole Schultz and Erica Schultz, and step children, Chastity Cutway and Brian Pen. His family extended with the presence of his step father, Doug Van Orden, siblings, Doug Van Orden, Jr., Tamara Parker, and William Van Orden, who cherished the time spent with him. Martin's legacy of love is carried on through his grandchildren: Shawn Beach, William Beach, Nicholas Schultz, Kayden Schultz, Sabrina Cutway, and Christopher Cutway, and three great grandchildren, all of whom brought him much joy and pride.
He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Greyson Van Orden, and three siblings, James Van Orden, Jody Harris, and Tony Van Orden, whose memories remain treasured among those who loved him.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Martin occasionally enjoyed watching old Westerns. His life was a blend of hard work and cherished moments spent with family, embodying the spirit of commitment and love.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 PM at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, located at 1209 Madison St, Clarksville, Tennessee 37040. As we remember Martin, we celebrate a life well-lived and a heart that was ever generous, leaving behind a legacy that will long be cherished by family and friends alike.
