Martha Crockett

Martha `Bunny` Crockett, 79, Palmyra, died Monday, March 15, 2010, at Palmyra Health Care Center. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will be in Palmyra Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home. She was born October 9, 1930 in Montgomery County, and was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan Gus and Madge Brigett Wickam Crockett; and sisters, Neva Terwich, Virginia Jackson, Gatha Connor and Audrey Spicer. Miss Crockett was a member of Palmyra United Methodist Church and retired after 24 years as Receptionist at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. Survivors include her brother, Nolan J. (Blanche) Crockett, Palmyra; sister, Joyce (Jack) Fain, Clarksville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
