Martha Brown

Martha Dona Brown, 84, Tennessee Ridge, died Sunday, October 3, 2010, at Patient's Choice Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nave Funeral Home, Erin Chapel with Rev. Beverly Dycus and Denise Settle officiating. Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Brown was born July 6, 1926 in Danville, TN, daughter of the late Robert Biggs and Jewell Garner Biggs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Gina Brown Rye and her sister Frances Buchanan. She was a member of Tennessee Ridge United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband Eugene Brown of Tennessee Ridge, sons Steven Brown of Tennessee Ridge and Robert Brown of Erin, sisters Carolyn Smith of Nashville, Barbara Fowler of Halls, TN, and Joyce Himmaugh of Mountain View, CA. Pallbearers will be Randall French, Phil Brown, Melvin Brown, Bobby Tue, Wayne Tue, Johnny Shelton, Bob Fowler, and Darrell Brown.
