Marlin Westerman

Marlin Thomas Westerman, age 75 of Stewart, TN, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of his life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Richard Neal and Faye Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Cane Creek Cemetery.
The Westerman family will receive on Monday from 3:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday morning.
Marlin entered this life on January 3, 1943 in Bower Hill, TN, son to the late Johnny and Vera Herndon Westerman. Marlin had a passion for working with fishing lures, and working on small engines.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Jewel Claxton Westerman; sons, Ronnie Westerman (Michelle), Dannie Westerman (Alisha); daughters, Sharon Snyder(Michael), and Barbara Agy. Marlin also leaves behind six grandchildren, five step grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ronnie Westerman, Dannie Westerman, Shawn Westerman, Mike Snyder, Terry Self, and Gary Claxton. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Howard Day and Charles Claxton JR.
