Mark York

Mr. Mark Dukie York of Cumberland Furnace, Tn., died April 17, 2011. at his residence. Visitation will be from 1pm until 8pm Wednesday with a Masonic Service at 7pm. The funeral service will be Thursday at 11am at the funeral home. Nave Funeral home is in charge of arrangments. Dukie was born August 1, 1930 in Houston County, Tn. son of the late Fred York and Myrtle Shelton York. He was a member of the Masons Lodge and Shriners, in Slayton, Tn. and Pipefitters Local 636 in Detroit, Mich. He is survived by his wife Betty Jean York of Waverly, Tn. three sons Tim York of Lincoln Park, Mich., Tony York of Cumberland Furnace, Tn., Ramey York of Dickson, Tn., three daughters Sherry York of Clarksville, Tn., Jannie Winters of Dickson, Tn., Cindy Mallard of Waverly, Tn., thirteen Beloved grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Nick Tomlinson, Matthew York, Chase Mallard, Ben Winters, David Clack, Tony York and Alex York.
