Mark Lester

Mark Allen Lester of Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at his residence.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Bayne and Trent Knott officiating. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mark was born on May 14, 1963 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a 1981 graduate of Clarksville High School. He worked as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable and Holleman Real Estate. Mark was a member of the Clarksville Association of Realtors where he served as a director and had chaired the Entertainment Committee and Professional Standards Committee while also serving on many other committees. Mark was also an avid antique picker and collector who enjoyed selling his wares and sharing a smile at Miss Lucille’s Marketplace.
He is preceded in death by his father Dr. James D. Lester.
Mark is survived by his mother, Martha Lester of Clarksville; brother, Dr. James D. Lester Jr. and his fiancé Sandy Drinnon, her daughters, Cari and Ashley Drinnon, and Sandy’s parents, Jim and Sherry Davis, all residents of Clarksville; nephew, Caleb (Jessica) Lester of McDonough, Georgia; niece, Sarah (Logan) Morrison of Jonesboro, Georgia.
Pallbearers will be Trent Knott, Jon Vaughn, Mark Holleman, Hal Mathews, David Greene, Tom Neibel, Kenny Lieberstein, Todd Harvey, and Maurice Vaughn.
Honorary pallbearers will be Clarksville Association of Realtors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County at P.O. Box 571 Clarksville, TN 37041.
