Marjorie Leach Iglehart, 89, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home, Hartford, Kentucky, with the Rev. Wesley O. Hanson officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, Hartford. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
Marjorie was born May 11, 1923 in Terre Haute, Indiana, daughter of the late Jobe and Ruth Stewart Leach. She was a homemaker, a former English teacher, and a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville. Marjorie was also a graduate of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Dr. Bryan Thomas Iglehart, Sr, on July 3, 2007. Survivors include her sons and their wives, Dr. Bryan Thomas Iglehart, Jr and Pat of Prospect, KY, Dr. Michael Iglehart and Leah of Trenton, MI, and Dr. James Iglehart and Tricia of Concord, NC; and her five grandchildren, Erin, Michael, Grace, Julia Ruth, and Rebecca Iglehart.
