Marion Watkins, Jr.

Marion "Jocko" Watkins, Jr. age 75 of Clarksville, TN passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, at VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare in Nashville, TN.

Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Friday, July 29, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Clemmie Long, Jr. officiating. Burial with US Air Force Honors will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Marion entered this life on August 26, 1946, in Clarksville, TN to the late Marion Watkins, Sr. and Cornelia Quarles Watkins. He was a member of Boiling Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Marion was an avid motorcycle rider and a motorcycle enthusiast. He was a member of Ole Skool MC, Night Stalkers MC, and Road Runners MC. Marion was a Vietnam-Era Veteran of The United States Air Force and later retired as a truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Leon W. Watkins.

Marion leaves behind to cherish his memory; children, Karletta (Henry) Epps, DeWayne Watkins, TiAndrea (Waymond West) Watkins, and adopted daughter, Flora (Richard) Pardue; brother, Marvin E. (Cassandra) Watkins; Beloved sister-in-law, Beverly Watkins; niece, Trenina (Joseph Cammue) Watkins; nephew, Leon (Erica) Watkins II; uncle, George Quarles, and aunt,, Frances Quarles. Marion also leaves behind nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
