Marilyn Schmidt

Marilyn Schmidt, age 89 of Clarksville, TN passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 21, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Marilyn entered this life on October 13, 1932, in New York, New York. She was the owner of a café, enjoyed baking, and reading. Marilyn had never met a stranger. She had a kind soul and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Marilyn dedicated her life to her family. She spent her years caring for her son with special needs and making sure he had the best care. Her family will miss her terribly, especially her Christmas cookies.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Emil Schmidt.

Survivors include her children, Heidi (Farid) Rostampour, Ron Schmidt, and Randy Schmidt; grandchildren, Heather (Nick) Harris, Farrah Jackson, Andrew (Mandy) Giarratano, Caitlin Rostampour, Brennan Rostampour, and Collin Rostampour; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Syriana, Kingston, Ryleigh, Alanna, and Sophia, and bonus great-grandchildren, Reece and Copeland.
