Marilyn Powell - 1927 Marilyn Mathlda Powell, 82, Tennessee Ridge,Tn., died Sunday, December 5, 2010, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 2pm Thursday at Erin United Methodist Church with Bro. Ken Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1pm until 8pm Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10am until service Thursday at the church. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Marilyn was born December 15, 1927 in Chicago,ILL. daughter of the late James and Marilyn Jones Powell. Survivors include one step son Henry Petit of Tennessee Ridge,Tn. one sister Nancy Baxter of Chicago,ILL. and three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be David Marlin, Barnie Bates, Dominic Hopkins, Henry Petit, Steve Hall, Harry Batten.
