Marie Lorraine Dumont Evans, age 84, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Marie entered this life on July 29, 1929 in Van Buren, Maine. She was a member of First Assembly of God of Clarksville, where many knew her as "the cupcake lady." She was an avid Johnny Cash fan and in her spare time, she enjoyed making jewelry.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles John Evans.
She is survived by Sons, Fred Tomah and Charles H. Evans; Daughters, Danya Boyce, Carole Sabatis, Alice Tomah, Elaine Gore, Andrea Tomah, Eileen Holcomb, Loretta Rentas, and Cheri Evans; Brother, Walter Levassuer; 21 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
