Margie Smith

Margie Smith 87, of Erin, Tn. passed away Saturday September 17, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 28, 1929 in Tennessee Ridge, Tn. daughter of Walter and Lena Manning Rainwater. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Lena Rainwater, daughter Denise Taylor, sisters Grace Jones, Helen Sutton, Alma Johnson, brother Russell Rainwater. Margie was a member of Erin Baptist Church and L.P.N. A celebration of her life will be 11am Wednesday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Moody and Rev.Homero Paredes officiating. Visitation will be 4:30pm until 8pm Tuesday and 8am until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Survivors include one son Patrick Smith, one daughter Pamela Armstrong, one sister Carolyn Zarbano, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Lyle Armstrong, Robert Smith, Dr. Daniel Martin, George Clark,Sam Fussell, Steve Martin, Geary Durham, Kerry Powell.
