Margaret Knight

Margaret Charlene Miles Knight, 73, Clarksville, died Monday, March 14, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m., Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. James Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery in Big Rock. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m., Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. She was born January 20, 1938 in Montgomery County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Miles and Cora Bell Taylor Miles Jackson; and her husband, Jerry Knight; and her grandson Richard Page. Mrs. Knight was retired from Montgomery Coun¬ty Schools after 29 years in food service. Survivors include her daughters, Lynn Rushing, Paulette Knight; grandchildren, Phillip Page, Tuesday Mills, Dallas Owen, Cier¬ra Owen; eight great-grandchildren and half-sisters, Shirley, Wanda and Darlene. Pallbearers will be Mark Rushing, Da¬vid Owen, Phillip Page, Dallas Owen, J.W. Page and Shawn Jones.
