Margaret Eloise Johnson, 82, Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2013 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Trenton, KY. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 8, 1931 in Trenton, KY and was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Minnie Moore Leavell; her husband, Everett Johnson; sons, Kenneth, Steven and Charles Johnson; brother, Austin Leavell Jr; and her sister, Joyce Pace.
She was a homemaker and a member of Riverview Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Everett "Smitty" (Malinda) Johnson Jr., Richard (Pam) Johnson, both of Clarksville; daughter, Ramona Johnson, Clarksville; daughter-in-law, Brenda Williams, Woodlawn; brother, Charles Leavell, Clarksville; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Chris Johnson, David Johnson, Bryan Johnson, John Scroggins, Bradley Johnson, Dalton Mulcahy and Colton Knight.
