Marcelino Ojeda-Burgos, 82, Clarksville, passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father David Gaffny officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home following the visitation.
Marcelino was born July 2, 1930 in Puerto Rico, son of Marcelino Ojeda-Burgos and Augustina Burgos. He was a farmer and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Marcelino was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Figueroa. Survivors include his loving daughters and their husbands, Augustina and Victor Colon of Clarksville and Carmen D. and Jose Diaz of Puerto Rico; and his beloved grandchildren, Joey Diaz, Mary Carmen Diaz, Milargros E. Torres, Margarita Colon, Maria M. Ojeda, Virgen M. Ojeda, Karina Ojeda, and Maria V. Ojeda.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
