Fannie Mae Coleman Buck, age 85, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 while at her home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Mae's family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Mae entered into this life on July 11, 1932 in Indian Mound to the late James and Lola Austin Coleman. She was married to her loving husband, Eugene F. Buck in September of 1957 at Fort Campbell and cherished the life they shared with one another, raising their family and enjoying their grandchildren. She especially enjoyed dancing, movies, and working crossword puzzles. Mae loved the Bible from cover to cover and was an avid follower of John Hagee, Joel Osteen, Maury Davis and Charles Swindol ministries. Also, she was a supporter and an annual contributor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
In addition to her husband Eugene, Mae is survived by her children, Roy Gene Buck (Vickie Buck), Tammy Loraine Benitez (Jamie Benitez), Cindy Purnell-Greene; sisters, Robbye Holt and Patricia Wallace; and her three grandchildren, Jonathan Buck, Chase Purnell, and Hope Everett. She was preceded in death by her sons, Phillip Romaine Buck and Christopher Scott Buck.
