Lynette Glee Carroll, 49, Clarksville, died Friday, June 13, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 21, 2008 at The Bible Church with Rev. Donald Gibbs officiating. Lynette was a native of California and had been living in Tennessee for the last three years. Lynette was one of the most well known cooks in Northern California. Those that knew her, loved her beautiful spirit. She always had a smile and a kind word. Lynette graduated from McKinley High School where she grew up in northern California. She moved to Tennessee after her mothers death from cancer. Lynette was devoted to the care of her mother to the end. Anyone who knew Lynette could not help but love her. The Jewel and love of her life was her daughter Candice Marie Carroll 15 years old. The doctors had told Lynette she could never have children, so Candice was her personal miracle. She was special to me, and she will be missed every day. Lynette was loved by her family deeply, she follows both her parents Sidney and Pasty Waterman in death along with her brother David Waterman. She has three siblings surviving, Ed Waterman and his wife Pattie, Debbie Stewart and her husband Dale, Danile Waterman and his wife Lisa, and a sister in-law Karen Sargent. She was also very close to her Great Aunt Monet Ladd. She leaves behind a very special friend, Jan Cordle, and many other friends she made while working at Convergys in Clarksville, as well as friends and family left behind, but not forgotten, in Humboldt County, California. We will all miss you Sis, Gods Speed.
