Lue Ella Phillips, 90, Clarksville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 20, 2009, at Grace Health Care. The funeral will be held at 12 noon Tuesday at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Baggett's Chapel Cemtery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 18, 1919 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Charlie Renalvan and Susie Hodge Mockbee. She was preceded in death by sons Joe Charlie Phillips and Ronald Paul Phillips, two sisters, a brother, and a granddaughter, Melynda Mallett. She was a member of 1st Assembly of God, Clarksville. She is survived by daughters Melissa (Greg) Hayes of Cumberland Furnace, Mae (Larry) Mallett of Colorado, and Joyce Brown of Clarksville; adopted daughters Vickie Morris and Barbara Ann Phillips. She is also survived by her beloved poodle, Cuddles. She has fourteen grandchildren, Tiffany (Jacob) Crawford, Greg Allen Hayes, Lexy Hayes, Suella Phillips, all of Clarksville, Michael (Kristi) Paisley of Texas, Cheryl (Timothy) Brown, Timmy Mallett, April (Chad Schneiter, of Colorado, Ryan Paul Phillips of Kentucky, Jamie Phillips, Jennifer Carlew, Ronnie Phillips, Dickson, Timmy Phillips, andy Phillips, Cumberland Furnace, and seventeen great grand children. Pallbearers will be Greg Hayes, Greg Allen Hayes, Michael Paisley, Larry Mallett, Jacob Crawford, Chris Maille, and Jodie XXX. The family would like to extend much appreciation to the following for their love and devotion during this difficult time: Grace Health Care and the wonderful staff who expressed their love and care (we hope you know how special all of you are), Bro.
