LuAnn Hinton

LuAnn B. Hinton, age 63 of Indian Mound passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Johnny Burkhart officiating. Burial will follow at the Needmore church of Christ Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
LuAnn entered this life on February 19, 1958, in Clarksville, TN to Marshall and Sue Atkins Burkhart. She was a retired Certified Medical Assistant, homemaker, and a member of the Dotsonville church of Christ.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jonathan Burkhart, Jason Burkhart, and “Little John” Burkhart.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Phillip B. Hinton, Sr.; sons, Phillip B. (Kimberly) Hinton, II, and Jonathan (Alexandra) Hinton; siblings, David Burkhart, Mike (Marsha) Burkhart, Kenneth (Betsy) Burkhart, Marranda Burkhart, and Betty Burkhart; and sister-in-law, Penny Burkhart.
Memorial donations may be made to Dotsonville church of Christ or Needmore church of Christ.
Pallbearers will be David Burkhart, Kenneth Burkhart, Ronald Burkhart, Lynn Burkhart, Bruce Hinton, Joey Hinton, and Randall Hinton.
