Louis Albert Perrota,age 81, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at his home in Clarksville.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Simsbury Cemetery, Simsbury, Connecticut.
Louis entered this life on February 19,1932 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, son of the late Louis A. and Jean Woodward Perrotta. He was an Army veteran, a graduate of the University of Connecticut and retired from a career with Aetna Insurance Company following an accomplished 34 years of service. Louis was an avid golfer, having been a member of the Avon Golf Club of Avon, Connecticut and St. Mary's Church of Simsbury. He had a passion for Yankees baseball and PGA golf.
Survivors include his children, Louis Perrota and wife Nancy of Connecticut and Carolyn Daigle and husband Shane of Clarksville; siblings James Perotta and wife Mary Ann and Sandra Perotta Boccuzzi; grandchildren Jessie, Jenny, Nicole, Laura, Julia, Noah, and Courtney and great granddaughter Isabella. He was preceded in death by wife Barbara and daughter Laura Perotta.
