Louis Ellis

Louis Earl Ellis, 69, Clarksville, died Sunday, February 10, 2008, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a. m. Tuesday at McReynolds - Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Jim Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Tatum-Coleman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. till service at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr.Ellis was born September 28, 1938 in Houston County, the son of Carl and Della Coleman Ellis. He was a member of the Baggetts Chapel Church of God of Prophecy and worked as a mechanic for Eubanks Bowling Lanes, Ft. Campbell, KY. Mr. Ellis is survived by his wife, Clara Hodges Ellis, four daughters, Vicky Davis (Roger), Rita Moore (James), Tabatha Weinschreider (Mark), and Hope Gallo(Ezra). One sister - Margie Sumner. Two brothers - Marvin and Carl Ellis Jr. Ten Grandchildren - Brandon Moore, Rachel Baskette, Kelly Moore, Stephanie Davis, Travis Moore, Samantha Weinschreider, Bobby Brown, Christopher Weinschreider, Amber Brown and Sabrina Weinschreider. Four Great Grandchildren - Annisyn Moore, Junior Moore, Cody Moore and Haley Moore. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
