Lottie Mae Browning

Lottie Mae Sullivan Browning, age 92, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 6, 1922 in Mayo, Florida to the late William Luther Sullivan and Hattie Dees Sullivan. Mrs. Browning was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Charles L. Browning, her brother, Clifford Sullivan, and her sister, Dorothy Bulluck. She was a longtime resident of Florida and retired from the Brevard County School System as an elementary school secretary. She will be greatly missed by many dear Florida friends. She is a perpetual member of the McAdoo Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Clarksville, TN where she was, and will continue to be, a beautiful blessing.
Mrs. Browning is survived by her daughter, Sue (Rick) Shipkowski of Clarksville, sons, Steve Browning of Florida and Bill (Nikki) Browning of Georgia; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Pitty Pat (Beach) Brooks of Florida, her sister-in-law, Janet Browning Long of New York, and her brother-in-law, Davis Bulluck of Georgia, along with many nieces and nephews.
Her earthly body will be cremated and combined with the ashes of her beloved husband and interred at a Veteran's Cemetery. A celebration of Mrs. Browning's life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make a donation to your favorite charity in her name.
