Lorraine Giles

Lorraine Giles, age 77, of Portland, passed away on Thursday, September 14th, 2023.

Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2023 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

The Giles Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2023 and again on Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Lorraine was born August 28, 1946 in Arlington, Virginia to the late George and Clarice Cross. She retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Safety. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Franklin Giles and her son, Robert Giles.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ed ( Edith) Muhler, Kevin Giles, Kim (Glenn) Bussard; Daughter-in-Law Robin Giles; Grandchildren, Toby Muhler, Owen Muhler, Keith Giles, Adrian Giles, and McKayla Giles; Great-grandchildren, Emma West, Dayton West, Major Wright, David Wright.
