Loretta Maher, age 78 of Clarksville passed from this life December 17th.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Long officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 noon.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Retired CSM, James W. Maher, she is survived by her daughter Vivian Honeycutt (Larry) of Chesapeake, VA, Jennifer Maher-Long (Keith) of Springville, TN, son, Brian Maher (Trina) of Silverdale, WA, and daughter Jane Dudgeon, (Bob), Granby, CT.
Her surviving grandchildren, are Cole Dugard, Chad Schwartz, Emma Schwartz, Carrie Whitlow and two great grandchildren, and great-great granddaughter.
She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Mullin.
Life pursuits included working as a hair stylist, homemaker, and active duty wife. She was an avid golfer, gardener, and bingo aficionado.
In lieu of flowers, memorials benefiting the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Ave. Nashville, TN 37203 or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 404 BNA Drive Suite 102, Nashville, TN 37217 are suggested.
