Lois Rae Swope, age 88, of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Alive Hospice of Skyline.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2018 at Memorial Baptist with Rev. David Fambrough officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2018 at Memphis Memorial Gardens in Memphis, TN.
The Swope family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the hour of service Thursday, at the church.
Lois entered into this life on March 8, 1930 in Madisonville, KY, daughter of the late William and Cora Sullivan Riley. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, F.O Swope; son, Lanny Swope; daughter, Linda Shearon, three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Jennifer Jones, Lanny Shearon, James Shearon, Leslie Hester, and Chrystal Swope-Elliott; brother, Earl Riley, and nine great-grandchildren.
