Lizzie Wells

Lizzie Lorene Wells, 73, Clarksville, died Saturday, February 2, 2008, at Montgomery Care and Rehab. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p. m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. The remains are to be cremated. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Wells was born October 29, 1934, the daughter of Romie and Sarah Bass Tanner. She was a homemaker and retired from Acme Boot. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Wells. Mrs. Wells is survived by a daughter, Connie Twiggs, Cummings, GA., a granddaughter, Heather Twiggs, currently serving in the U.S. Navy, five brothers, Thomas, Anthony, Buddy Tanner all of Clarksville, Jimmy Tanner, Texas, and Edward Tanner, California. In lieu of flowers: Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
