Lindsay Nicole Woodard, 25, Clarksville, died Saturday, August 8, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Chris Childress officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. The remains are to be cremated. She was born November 23, 1983 in Claremore, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, James R. Woodard. Miss Woodard was a homemaker. She is survived by her mother, Marilyn Mitchell Strait, Clarksville; step-father, Jamie Strait, Clarksville; son, Seth Jesse James Spears, Clarksville; maternal grandparents, Paralee and James Mitchell, OK; grandmother, Velma Strait, Clarksville.
