Linda Sue Montoya

Linda Sue Montoya, age 75, of Clarksville, TN went to be with her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at her home, while surrounded by her family.

Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Clarksville First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Daniel Ramsey and Andrew Fallis officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Clarksville First Assembly of God and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.

Linda entered this life on November 5, 1948 in Nowata, Oklahoma to the late Rev. Walter and Alice Fuller Brown. She was the beloved First Lady of Clarksville First Assembly of God from 1991 to 2023, after serving as the associate pastor’s wife since 1973. Linda was a pillar of strength and grace in her role as the pastor's wife, impacting the lives of many with her kindness and devotion for over 50 years of ministry.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, John Brown, Flora Thompson, and Sharon Lytle.

She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Pastor Louie Montoya; children, Alicea (David) Marshall, and Michelle (Daniel) Ramsey; grandchildren, Andrew Fallis, Ryan Fallis, Tyler Fallis, Samuel Fallis, and Bethany Marshall; great-grandchild, Ester Harper Fallis; niece and nephew, Ann Lytle and Joseph Lytle.
