Linda Marie Crisafulli, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, nurse, and friend, passed away on March 11, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was born on October 24, 1953, in Baraboo, Wisconsin, to her late parents Andrew Massong and Joyce Powell Massong.
Linda dedicated 40 years of her life to the nursing profession, with the last 30 years specifically serving as a compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Her commitment to caring for others extended beyond her job, touching the lives of countless families during their most vulnerable moments.
Apart from her professional accomplishments, Linda found joy in various hobbies and interests. She had a passion for crafting, gardening, wreath-making, collecting antique dolls, and antiquing. These pursuits not only showcased her creativity but also brought light and happiness to those around her.
A woman of strength and resilience, Linda was a proud Army wife who stood by her husband CW4 (Ret) Jim Crisafulli through thick and thin. Together they built a beautiful family filled with love and laughter. Linda is survived by her husband Jim; daughter Rebecca Bates; son Matthew Crisafulli and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren Logan, Alexis, London, Isabella, and Kaylee; as well as siblings Mary Imray, Michael Massong, and Pam Zersen.
Linda's legacy of kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a void that cannot be filled but also a lifetime of memories that will bring comfort in times of sorrow.
Linda's family will receive friends on March 16th from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in Clarksville. A Celebration of Life ceremony will follow beginning at 4:00 PM at the same location.
