Linda Block

Linda Ruth Block, age 78 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at her home.
A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Jones and Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday.
Linda was born on March 23, 1937 in Squire, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Glavis Cloaten Conley and Flora Etta Blankenship. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, CW3 (Ret.) Halford Block Sr. and brother, Roger Conley.
She was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker.
Linda is survived by her sons, Halford Jerry (Brenda) Block Jr., Roger (Debbie) Block, Anthony Block; sisters, Connie Gills, Barbara Huckably, and Peg Crouse; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
