Lewis Pedder

Lewis Pedder, age 72, of Palmyra, TN passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022, at his home.
Celebration of Life will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at the Pedder Family Cemetery, 4150 Old Metal Road, Palmyra, TN 37142.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Lewis entered this life on August 1, 1949, in Montgomery County, TN to the late Howard Pedder, Sr. and Donnie Rye Pedder. He was a graduate of Montgomery Central High School and a Veteran of The United States Army. Lewis was the owner and butcher of Pedder’s Processing. He was a Christian man who enjoyed being around people.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Roberta Pedder Mann, and Howard Leroy Pedder; children by marriage, Kathy Darlene Dennis and Gary Duane Bailey.
Survivors include his daughter, Sue Pedder Black; granddaughter, Catherine Trenary; child by marriage, Jim Bailey and Leesa Bailey Simon, and two great-grandchildren.
