Lewis Deboard

Lewis Deboard III passed away September 8, 2012 at Patient’s Choice Medical Center. He was born May 23, 1945 in Long Beach, Calf. son of the late Lewis Deboard Jr. and Frances Huggins Deboard. No service is planned at this time. He was a member of VFW lodge 4730 and Masonic lodge # 357, and was in the Army for 30 years.He is survived by his wife Deborah Price Deboard of Cumberland City, TN.
