Leona Hodges Baggett Parchman, 95, formerly of Clarksville, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, in Brunswick, Ga.
The funeral will be held at noon Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Brother Chris Ball officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born June 8, 1912, in Montgomery County, the daughter of John Hodges and Minnie Birdwell Hodges. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burin Parchman; daughter, Sue Frances Parchman, granddaughter, Kellie Baggett Elliott, and son-in-law, Billy Oldham.
Mrs. Parchman was retired from AAFES at Fort Campbell and belonged to the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her loving children, Tony (Corinne) Baggett, Nashville, Hugh (Courtney) Baggett, Burnswick, Ga., Joyce Oldham, Clarksville, and Berry (Linda) Baggett, Burnswick, Ga.; sisters, Lula Vaughan, Cumberland City and Johnnie Morris, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
